What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal, a secure on-line payment service. We also gladly accept personal checks and money orders.
How far in advance do reservations need to be made?
Reservations are recommended to ensure availability, but are not required.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Destin, Miramar Beach, Sandestin and most of Santa Rosa Beach. Other parts of the city & surrounding communities may be covered, although additional charges may apply.
Does someone need to be home?
No. We deliver early in the morning or late in the evening when the recipient is sleeping.
Will you deliver to office or apartment or condo buildings?
We do not deliver to apartment buildings, but we do deliver to condos provided that there is ample grass space to set up the display.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We will refund your payment if cancellations are made within 48-hours of the scheduled delivery. We will not issue a refund if we are denied access to a gated community, animals/dogs prevent our set up, the owner prevents the set up of displays or subsequently calls and request that we take the display down early. In the unusual event extreme weather conditions prevent the set up of a display, we will make arrangements for another display or refund your money.
Do you have a frequent flocker program?
Yes! After 3 flockings the 4th engagement is FREE.
What information do you need to make a delivery?
We will need complete address information and any helpful directions/landmarks you can provide, as we will be delivering in the dark. Also, please indicate the best delivery time. Most deliveries are made between 11pm and 7am. If someone in the home is in on the flocking, please have them leave a porch light on.
